The bottom 3-stories houses Grid Group offices, with street facing retail and four full-floor apartments above. All homes feature private outdoor space and large cellar storage rooms.

Designed by GLUCK+, the building is clad in hand made Sterling Grey bricks sitting atop a custom wood base. The residential windows have custom detailed red fins. The residences boast 9’ ceilings, spa-like bathrooms clad in marble and custom kitchens.
